🛏️ Bedrooms, Living Rooms & Common Areas
- ✔Dust walls; remove marks where possible; eliminate cobwebs
- ✔Clean interior windows, window sills, and tracks
- ✔Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
- ✔Wipe and disinfect fixtures, frames, ledges, and sills
- ✔Clean doors, door frames, handles, power points & light switches
- ✔Wipe down light covers (where accessible)
- ✔Clean ceiling fans and air vents (where accessible)
- ✔Thoroughly clean cupboards, wardrobes/closets (inside & outside)
- ✔Dust/wipe skirting boards and staircase balustrades
- ✔Vacuum and mop all hard floors; vacuum carpets (steam on request)
- ✔External window glass cleaning upon request (additional charges may apply)
- ✔Empty bins and remove general cleaning rubbish
Wardrobe tracks & runners included. High-access areas above 2.4 m subject to safety limits.

- ✔Clean and sanitise all benchtops & splashbacks
- ✔Clean sink & tapware; polish to finish
- ✔Clean exterior of all appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher)

- ✔Clean stovetop/cooktop (incl. burners where applicable)
- ✔Clean cabinets & drawers (inside & outside)
- ✔Wet-wipe exterior of fridge & microwave (interior upon request)

Dishwasher stack & run available on request. Limescale on tiled areas treated where accessible.

Price covers warranted cleaning of listed areas. General dusting of blinds and furniture is included; extensive build-up, specialty materials, and restoration work may incur additional charges.
Optional extras: wall washing ($15 per wall), ceiling clean ($20 per ceiling), blind detail ($20 per blind), carpet steam cleaning, pest/flea treatment, exterior windows beyond safe reach, and high-pressure cleaning.

- ✖ Cleaning of fireplaces or handling biohazards (e.g., blood, faeces, heavy mould)
- ✖ Silicone or grout restoration/remediation
- ✖ Removal of hard water stains or mineral deposits (e.g., toilet bowl buildup)
- ✖ Extraction of deeply embedded pet hair in carpets
- ✖ Cleaning or removal of picture rails, stickers, or adhesive hooks
- ✖ High-reach area cleaning beyond safe access height
- ✖ Rubbish bin washing
- ✖ Moving or rearranging heavy furniture or appliances
- ✖ Pet odour removal or specialised treatments
- ✖ Cleaning under or behind large furniture or appliances without access
- ✖ Dishwashing or organising kitchenware
- ✖ Any tasks that could cause property damage
- ✖ Deep stain removal requiring a third-party professional
- ✖ Stain removal not guaranteed (including grout or silicone staining)
